Z-Library is my first choice because it has the largest collection of ebooks I've found anywhere. While access can be tricky due to domain blocks, a quick search for the latest mirror usually gets me in. Once I'm there, I can find almost any book I need, from academic papers to popular fiction. The quality is generally good, and the search function works well even with partial titles or author names.
